If you wish to make an appointment please call us on 0151 226 1438, email email@example.com or pop into the practice.
You are entitled to express a preference for the dentist you would like to see and we will try to accommodate your wishes. This may not always be possible if the dentist is unavailable or unable to deliver the particular service you need.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible, either by telephone or email, so we can allocate your slot to another patient. (If possible, we would really appreciate 24 hours’ notice.)
We understand that occasionally you may not be able to attend an appointment (or cannot inform us that you won’t be attending). We will allow for two missed appointments but will not be able to see patients who fail to attend more than two.
In you have a dental emergency, contact us by telephone on 0151 226 1438 (or in person) if it happens during our opening hours. If the emergency occurs outside our normal hours please call 0161 476 9651.
We offer emergency appointments between 11.50-12.50am on Monday to Friday – if you wish to attend one of these appointments please contact us by 9.00am.
All patient information is recorded and stored securely. Only designated members of our dental team and NHS England can have access to your records. A court order can be issued if the police or social services need to see your private information.
All patients have access rights to their personal information under the Data Protection Act. If you wish to obtain copies of information that the practice holds about you, please contact us in writing.
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives the general right of access to all types of recorded information that we hold. This act was designed to encourage a spirit of openness and transparency within the NHS and the public sector as a whole – we fully support its aims.
