Appointments

If you wish to make an appointment please call us on 0151 226 1438, email broadway107@hotmail.co.uk or pop into the practice.

You are entitled to express a preference for the dentist you would like to see and we will try to accommodate your wishes. This may not always be possible if the dentist is unavailable or unable to deliver the particular service you need.

Your patient rights

  • We treat all our patients equally, with dignity and respect.
  • You are entitled to a written treatment plan.
  • We will provide dental care and treatment that is clinically necessary and in your best interests (including mandatory services and urgent treatment).
  • If you need specialist treatment, we will refer you to an appropriate provider.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible, either by telephone or email, so we can allocate your slot to another patient. (If possible, we would really appreciate 24 hours’ notice.)

Failure to attend

We understand that occasionally you may not be able to attend an appointment (or cannot inform us that you won’t be attending). We will allow for two missed appointments but will not be able to see patients who fail to attend more than two.

Emergency Appointments

In you have a dental emergency, contact us by telephone on 0151 226 1438 (or in person) if it happens during our opening hours. If the emergency occurs outside our normal hours please call 0161 476 9651.

We offer emergency appointments between 11.50-12.50am on Monday to Friday – if you wish to attend one of these appointments please contact us by 9.00am.
